If you're an Amazon user, it's worth taking a look. Clean lay-out. Not really minimalistic but bare. I really need an Amazon account for this and I'm too lazy to sign up for one. Can't search for any quick reviews of the site but based on my impression of the FAQ, alot of thought seems to have been put into preventing voting spam so there's something to be said of that. At this point, I would say the biggest problem with it is that there's not enough comments to judge how well the entire system works but that can be said for all these list hosting sites I've seen but I'm used to all the reviews written in Amazon so it's hard to gauge where this goes.

Slow when I joined (Jun 07, 2008) Best lay-out among the list hosting sites I've seen. Would be using it if it weren't slow. It has also garnered some notice from popular blogs such as Mashable, Techcrunch and Demogirl so it's worth a peek.
Also had problems deleting my account there.

Haven't tried. Like the lay-out but I really question a site where the most popular section as of June 07, 2008 sends you to an error page.

Probably be my next stop after Listphile if I didn't chance upon Dig A List. It's like a slightly more colorful version of Dig A List. Haven't really tried it so I don't know the features. Seems to have many more users though at least judging by the comments. (I checked one of the most popular lists and it had 3 comments, one-liners but really a list without commentators feels bleak)
