Resons I have to stay in windows.

I love linux, especially debian, ubutu, Linux is free, fast, virus-safe, no need to reinstall about three months. But I have to stay in windows, why?

Below is mine, what's yours?

I am a web developer,and until now, most percent of the people use IE.I must be sure my product can run in IE properly. I can use firefox under windows, but I cann't use IE in linux.
My job is related a big company, some of their soft cann't run on linux.
I have a fairly satisfied data-collection software.The software is only for windows, and I have huge data in the format of the software.
Lazy? Maybe there is always a way to overcome those problems.
