1) Do some stretches. 

2) Drink a lot of water, so you don't become dehydrated.

3) Increase your oxygen intake.

4) Make a goal sheet of what you want to achieve in that day & reward yourself when you do achieve it.

5) Remind yourself that if you do not finish doing what you are supposed to, 

6) Getting enough sleep each night can make you feel more awake.
