You get home after a long, hard day at work. It was frustrating; the boss was harassing you and you found out one of your co-workers had been stealing your ideas and taking credit for it. Your customers were angry; all you heard was verbal abuse which made you feel like you were an inch tall. To top it off, you got a flat tire on your car during your commute home. At that point, your frustration turned to anger- and it didn't feel good.
